Return & Refund Policy
We stand behind our product. If you're not completely satisfied with your CalmCarry, you can return it within 100 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.
How to Request a Return Email us at support@theglowcompanie.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions.
Conditions
- Item must be returned in its original packaging
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
